By using Ghostigram, you agree to use the service lawfully and only for public Instagram profile research. You may not use the service to violate privacy, scrape prohibited content, or attempt to access private accounts.

Service scope

Ghostigram provides previews of publicly visible Instagram profile information only. We do not guarantee that every profile will be available at all times and we may change or discontinue features without notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with availability, reverse engineer security protections, submit abusive traffic, or use the service in connection with unlawful surveillance or harassment.

Content and accuracy

Profile information is sourced from public-facing data and may change at any time. Ghostigram does not warrant that any profile data, counts, or metadata is complete, current, or error-free.

Intellectual property

The service design, branding, and written content belong to Ghostigram or its licensors. Instagram-related names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimer

Ghostigram is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

Ghostigram will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
